Here’s a sneak peek at what’s to come on Saturday, October 24th at 12pm(noon) Pacific Standard Time!
This FREE workshop will take you through what the principles of exercise programming are, various forms of programming you can use for your client’s needs, guidelines for intermediate and advanced progression and periodization, as well as GUIDED and ON YOUR OWN client programming scenarios that we discuss during the workshop!
The workshop will run approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours in length, depending on how much discussion and Q&A takes place. There will be scheduled breaks to afford plenty of time to get up and stretch, use the restroom, and refill on water and healthy snacks.
While you do not need to purchase the book to benefit from the workshop, it is recommended as it will provide you with an outline of what we will be discussing as well as give you a resource that you can refer to.
